Services We Provide

01.

Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a form of mental health treatment where a client works one-on-one with a licensed therapist. The goal of individual therapy is to help the client understand and address their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and improve their overall well-being.

02.

Family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving the relationships and interactions within a family unit. It aims to help family members understand and address issues that are affecting their well-being, communication, and overall functioning.

03.

Group therapy is a treatment that involves a small group of people meeting with a therapist to help each other cope with issues. It can be used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

04.

Animal-assisted therapy incorporates a trained animal into the therapeutic process to support clients' emotional, social, or physical goals, working alongside - not replacing - traditional therapy. Benefits include lower stress and anxiety, reduced blood pressure, and increased oxytocin, which fosters a sense of calm and safety. This is especially helpful for clients working through trauma, grief, or social anxiety, and it often helps children build rapport with their therapist more quickly. The animal's presence can also support skill-building, like patience and emotional regulation, while easing clients into harder emotional conversations.
